Shipping & Delivery

 We charge one flat shipping rate of $11.00 per order regardless of the number of items in your order or your location in Australia, some exceptions do apply*. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday via Australia Post. * Please note -large items or orders being sent to remote regional areas may incur additional charges or may not be able to be delivered if appropriate shipping carriers are not available. Our Customer Service staff will inform you if your order falls into one of these categories.

All of our products online are in stock and usually leaves the warehouse (ships) within 1-2 days. Once your order is collected by our carrier, you will be notified via email and sent tracking information where applicable. When you have received notification your order has shipped, please allow another 3-5 business days for metro delivery and 4-7 days for regional areas.

PLEASE NOTE: Our goal is to exceed our customer’s delivery expectations and we regularly do!
Stated delivery times are industry averages. Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

Missed Deliveries

Toysforall deliveries will be made via a national courier network, Australia Post eParcel service, or regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your order may be taken to a local depot or post office. A calling card will be left at the delivery address, containing all relevant contact details. Re-deliveries cannot be made where a delivery has been attempted and your item has been taken to the nearest post office or postal outlet.

Remote Locations

Please note that some remote delivery addresses will not be serviced door-to-door. In these cases, the couriers will deliver to a local depot or Australia Post office and the customer will be contacted to collect from there.
